The Benefits of Candles

Candles really help to set the mood when it comes to intention-setting. Turn down the lights and let the flame provide you with a soft glow. 

The tealight candle that is part of this box is handmade by a wonderful small, woman-owned business called Who Are You Healers?  The candles are made from 100% beeswax and burn for quite awhile. The candles also have dried herbs, flowers, and crystal pieces in them. I absolutely love them!

Candles are an important part of meditation, mindfulness, and intentions.  They are said to have their own healing properties of tranquility, and are both calming and soothing.

I will often light more than one candle during my meditations and intention-setting. With music and scents around me, it feels truly relaxing.
