Manifestation Exercise: Inviting in Positivity
If you have spent any time with me, or if you continue on this journey with us, you will hear me say "Manifest Your Dreams" pretty regularly. I truly believe that my life has moved positively forward through practicing intentional manifestation.
Everything in our Universe is vibrational and similar vibrations attract one another. What this means in the plainest of terms is that if you focus on the negative, on the things you wish were different, you will actually attract MORE things you wish were different. However, if you focus on the positive (what you're grateful for, what you want your life to be, etc.) you will attract more of this. The coolest thing about this is that YOU control your vibrations.
During our Mindfulness Intentions exercise, one of the call to actions is for your to Envision the positive feelings and actions that you would like to see in 2021. This is your chance to intentionally set your path for the new year!
