4-7-8 Breathing Technique
This breathing exercise, originally created by Dr. Andrew Weil, is based on an ancient yogic technique called Pranayama. This technique helps in times of stress and is a great help with sleeplessness. It is easy to learn and even easier to perform, no matter where you are!
